In the Server Tab I have 4 servers listed as Unmanaged, all of them are no longer in the AD or used by us. How do I remove them?

By default, you should be able to find a delete option when you select the target endpoint that you wish to be removed. 

You may check this documentation and see if this helps you clear those devices in question on your central dashboard. 

There is no delete option with unmanaged servers.

Currently, the feature to remove inactive devices is not yet available, but this is already in the works. When we are close to its release, a notification will be sent out.

As of now, another way to remove inactive devices is described in the article that Glenn linked above.

Update:

Upon further checking, you can also try using the "Purge data" option when you navigate to your "Directory Service" configuration and navigate to the entry you've configured to synchronize.

Once this is done, you can run another sync.
