Current state of the EAPs?

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

Our Early Access Programs are still available, and you should also be able to view the ones you're already enrolled in on the EAP page within Sophos Central. I tried accessing it from my end, and I'm able to see the programs. May I know what region your Central is in? Can you also share a screenshot of what you see when you access the EAP page?

If you'd like us to look into it further, I suggest that you enable the Remote Assistance on your Central and provide us your Unique ID. You can provide it to me via private message.

Here is the Early Access program screenshot. Also, I performed a clean installation of Sophos Firewall v20 GA and used my existing license from v19.5

It's been over a week now. Does somebody knows what the issue is caused by?

EAP is only available from now on for purchased customers. 

Do you have Endpoint/Server Protection licenses? 

I have one active server being protected.

Yes those are a relic licenses. Likely they will disappear in the future as well. You should check to uninstall the product as soon as you can to not run into a not licensed product. 

Why was there no announcement or notice on the Sophos Central? Why would Sopos just randomly decide to end the EAP and cause issues without providing a message?

So - Essentially the EAP was not intended to give full access for a not licensed user in this terms.

Back in the day, you could join an EAP even without having the product licensed - This option was removed (therefore you dont see the EAP anymore and can not join it anymore without a valid subscription).

The license you currently use will be removed somewhat in the future - this is not announced yet - But it will happen at some point. Likely there will be an announcement plus a notification as well.
