Hello,

Hi Handian Sudianto ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forum. SEC doesn't keep track of license usage as opposed to Sophos Central. You may be able to see the count of managed computers in the dashboard. However, this is only an estimate as it could include already decommissioned devices.
Hi Gladys
Let say i have 100 SEC license and i have 150 PC. This mean with my 100 license is enough to protect all 150 my PC?
Hi Handian Sudianto ,
I suggest looking at this post as the SEC license usage was also discussed here. But since you’ll be moving to Sophos Central, you'll also need a Sophos Central account with a valid license to migrate devices. You can start with a fully functioning Sophos Central trial account..
I'll also link a Techvids video explaining the prerequisites and things to consider before migrating.

If you need additional guidance with licensing, I'd suggest reaching out to your Partner or your Account Manager. If you need more information about this, kindly send me a PM.
Hello Gladys
I already read the post but unfortunately i still not understand. I just want to know if my SEC license count is enough to protecting all my workstation, so i can renew to sophos central with same count.
Hi Handian Sudianto ,
SEC licensing and Central licensing are different. It's hard to answer without knowing how your devices are being used. Each license type or product also has its usage calculated independently, depending on which pieces of software are installed. In Central licensing, endpoint licenses are assigned per user, not per device, and server licenses are assigned per server.
Once you already have a Sophos Central account, you may start with a product trial and then convert it to your chosen license later.
If you need further guidelines or advise with licensing, I suggest reaching out to your Partner or Account Manager. If you don't know who your Account Manager is, kindly send me a PM so I can share their contact information.
I'll also link an article about Central licensing for your future reference:

Hi Gladys
If we see on the picture, my manage devices is 838, unmanaged is 1724 and connected 512.
My license is 850, so this mean when the license fully utilized the manage devices will be change to 850? And all devices under unmanaged this mean the device can't be managed due to license?
