I understand this must be frustrating. I suggest giving our Customer Care a call as they're the ones who can assist with any account-related issues. The numbers are listed on our Support Portal page under "For Critical Cases".

So, just to verify, they are having issues logging in, so you send them to a place where they have to login? You want them to login to get help with not being able to login.  Does that really make any sense?
