Hello,since October 10th we see almost daily (concurrent) lockouts of one or multiple firewalls from Sophos Central. Often even multiple times each day.As the firewalls are distributed around the world with different internet connection this can not be on our side.
Before 10th of October this also happened but much more infrequently. I opened a case these days but at some time Sophos told us that if the issue is on our side (definitely not) this could/would cost money ...
Is this a known issue? What is the reason for this.
Is it possible to supress these messages - at least for the moment als long as they are suspecting a severe problem with the network (which is not the case).

Hello Glenn,the Sophos Central says: This account is located in the Germany region.The incident was filed a few months ago through our partner and is closed now. Unfortunately I do not know the Sophos Number it was filed.I will send you our unique ID in a separate mail.Regards,BeEf
Hello BeEf,As per checking internally, there’s an ongoing issue that case this one specially for the Germany region. eu-central-1. This has been reported yesterday and got solved, but the issue re-occurs today. I would like to ask if you could check and share with us the case ID that you've raised for this in order for us to link your existing open case to the Internal Jira which our team is currently working on.
I was referring to an rather old ticked with similar issues filed by our sophos partner. I have no direct link to the Sophos ticket system. I have not filed a ticket for the occurences sind October 10th (NOT only since yesterday). Today the number of these incidents are even higher then they were the past days ...
there is an active discussion about that in the firewall forums. But technically this would better fit into the central forums.
