since October 10th we see almost daily (concurrent) lockouts of one or multiple firewalls from Sophos Central. Often even multiple times each day.
As the firewalls are distributed around the world with different internet connection this can not be on our side.
Before 10th of October this also happened but much more infrequently. I opened a case these days but at some time Sophos told us that if the issue is on our side (definitely not) this could/would cost money ...
Is this a known issue? What is the reason for this.
Is it possible to supress these messages - at least for the moment als long as they are suspecting a severe problem with the network (which is not the case).
