I would like to know if it is possible to show my Sophos Central Firewall customer information on the Sophos Central Dashboard (Partner Dashboard). I do see the information about my Sophos Central customer license usage but the Sophos Central - Firewalls field is empty.
The firewalls are registrered with Sophos Central and I even made a group containing some firewalls.

Not yet. Currently licensing is on MySophos and the PartnerPortal(Not Central Partner Dashboard).

You can use and manage the firewalls. Only the licensing part is currently not included.
Alright good to hear but how to setup this up? Cannot find the right documentation other than Sophos Central registering.
This is completely build by Central and the Partner Management. So if Central Admin is controlled by you as a Partner and the relationship between your customer and your partner account is build, you will see the firewalls in Partner Dashboard as well.

You mentioned that the firewalls are already registered in Sophos Central, can you verify the status, please? Sign in to Sophos Firewall > Sophos Central, and verify the device status.
Then, you'll need to permit firewall management in Sophos Central. You'll find additional details here, under the "In Sophos Central approve management of Sophos Firewall" section.
