Portal Change language permanently


since the Central Update, I can no longer permanently change the interface to another language.

Is this still being fixed?

  • In this case, I suggest opening a support case with the following information. 

    The following information is required from administrators:

    • What is the license number of the affected Sophos Central account? If it is an MSP account, what is its email address as shown in the Sophos Central Partner dashboard?
    • What is the name/email of the Sophos Central Administrator seeing the language discrepancy?
    • Where is the language discrepancy seen within the Sophos Central Admin Dashboard (for example, events, alerts, email alerts, and so on)?
    • What should the account language be changed to?
