Issues running SophosSetup.exe after removing old agent

Thank you for reaching us, Were these servers running on VM? when you perform the clean-up on those affected servers, did you use Sophos ZAP? You can try running Sophos Zap to totally clean the server and then download a fresh Sophossetup.exe on your central. Let us know if there’s any positive result after carrying out the process. 

Yes the client was installed on VM's and no i did not use ZAP to uninstall. The only thing that was left in "Add and Remove was the "Sophos Endpoint Agent"

I will have a look a zap but it looks a bit over kill, was hoping it may have been just a reg key or something that could have been left behind stopping the .exe from running.
