Steam games not able to save on Windows 10 1903?

Question

I have several steam games that failed to save properly when running on windows 10 1903. I tried several things including giving the games and steam full access to no avail. 
 I rolled back to 1809 for the time being.

 Please follow the guidelines so that we can better assist you: How to report problems with Sandboxie The issue you are reporting sounds related to a known problem with Windows 1903. Did you try the latest beta (that addresses the permissions issue) ? : SBIE BETA VERSIONS
