I think this is a bug in the server settings. Yesterday www.sandboxie.com normally worked in my region (Novosibirsk, Russia).

I can buy, activate and use Avira, Microsoft, Symantec and other products in my region without restrictions (absolutely legal)

I have legal access to the websites of these companies and updates to their products without any restrictions.

Access is blocked only to www.sandboxie.com and started today.

Update: After I wrote a letter to export@sophos.com access was granted
