I didn't find a answer for my problem where ASG Home Use License expired.
I recently got this message and I didn't manage to find some answer here or by contacting the Sophos customcare.
Sophos customcare reject to help me because I only had the home use licence and ask me to find answer her on this community.
I did try to find some answer here before I contacted them but didn't find some answer.
So if someone that having this same issue the way to "renew" is:
- Login to your account at: https://myutm.sophos.com
- Click on "License Management" at the top right corner
- Click on your "UTM Home Use License"
- Delete the "old" licence
- Create new "UTM Home Use License"
- Download Licence file
- Upload the file to your Sophos UTM Webadmin
