I have noticed that your support is going in bad direction.
First of all I can't even connect to www.astaro.org every time. It can take as long as 5 minutes to get into front page of this forum.
Secondly I have noticed that you don't answer user's questions with required speed if at all. I have posted few questions in last months and i haven't get any answer to those questions.
Even if question is stupid or answered before, you should take seriously all the stuff users ask. At least some kind of notification that you have even read the topic would be nice.
What are you going to do ? This starts to look really bad. I have paid for this product and you promised me support.
