Upgrading to FullGuard licence in MyUTM portal - where and how?

Hello everyone, I'm very unsuccessfully trying to find an upgrade option int he MyUTM licencing portal. I created a new licence and now need to upgrade it, however the only Action listed on the licence is Download licence, nothing about upgrading to FullGuard. Effectively I am now looking at a fairly useless applicance, would anyone know how to proceed from here?

    first you use the ACT-key you get with your appliance.

    So you create the new "essential" license.

    Now you open these license and use "apply upgrade Key".

    here you type in the "UPG-key" from your license.

    Thats all.
