Windows 10 anniversary update with Sophos

Noticed that the DVD/CD drives error after the Windows 10 anniversay update with Sophos Antivirus.

After some researching, I believe one of the files cause the cd room driver not migrate successfully. (c:\windows\system32\DRIVERS\sdcfilter.sys)

The current solution is reinstall the Sophos endpoint and the drives is work back as usual. Any idea on this?

It's a known problem when upgrading Windows to a newer version.

In stead of reinstalling UTM Endpoint you can also just reinstall sdcfilter.inf. See this post for more information and location:
