Could not connect to Google Cloud Messaging. Error -65

Hi, Could someone help me on this error. Could not connect to Google Cloud Messaging. Error -65. This happened when I'm trying to enroll android device (iOS are working fine).

I was able to register the device but it's not installing the profile which make the device SSP not compliant.

Sophos Mobile Control version: 7.0.2653

Device: Samsung J5
