How to configure the secure email on SMC Server?

I've installed SMC and enrolled some devices. But i could figure out how to manage the Sophos Secure Mail and the Sophos Workspace.

I know as superadmin i can create a sophos app Container policy, but how can i assign this policy to end devices?

Please help.....
