Web Protection causing poor web and internet browsing performance

Hello im using endpoint 5.3.1 for many macs running 9.5.2 & with Web protection enabled this is causing poor internet browsing

Switching it off, the browser goes back to normal.

How can i diagnose whats going on?

As iknow the web protection is casuing the issue
