SEC 3.1 to 4.5, Endpoint 7 to 9.5

Current Environment:
SEC v3.1 & SQL Express 2005
Sophos Endpoint Security & Control v7
SQL Express 2005

I need to provide instructions on upgrading to SEC 4.5 & Endpoint Security & Control v9.5. I do not have access to the live system so cannot run the upgrade advisor tool and I have very little experience with Sophos products. Could someone please provide me with a clear list of steps necessary to achieve this?

From my understanding I need to follow these steps, is this correct?

1. Run the upgrade advisor
2. Backup current Sophos SQL database (SOPHOS3) and HKLM\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Certification Manager
3. Upgrade to SEC4.0 by running the SEC4.0 installer. Once complete make no configuration changes. This should not touch SQL as we are already running 2005, is this correct? This will create a SOPHOS4 database which is a copy of SOPHOS3
4. Upgrade from SEC 4.0 to 4.5 running the SEC 4.5 installer. This should not touch SQL as we are already running 2005, is this correct? .net 3.5 sp1 is required so a reboot will be required if not installed on the server already? This will create a SOPHOS45 database which is a copy of SOPHOS4.
5. The EM Library will be migrated to SUM
6. Follow these checks http://www.sophos.com/support/upgrades/endpoint-95/post-upgrade-checks-tips.html and update the endpoint clients to 9.5

Do I need to upgrade any packages from SEC to enables the endpoints to be upgraded to v9.5?
