Active Directory log on errors

I've recently taken over a Sophos system from a collegue at my company. The server itself is running fine and updates appear to work correctly. The problem i am having is with the sophosendpointupdate user that is created. I've noticed on our active directory we are getting constant logon errors in the log for the user sophosendpointupdate. this user dosnt seem to be listed in the AD so i'm not sure why the username is even being requested. I can see the sophosendpointupdate on the sophos server under users in the computer management, is this account supposed to automatically created on the active directory as well like the other accounts? Their are some sophos users in their already, but no sign of sophosendpointupdate, and it's causing our admin accounts to become locked out on the AD.

Can anybody offer any advice? I've tried creating the account myself, but without the password it's requesting it's just going to keep failing. does the sophosendpointupdate account have a default password it always uses? or do i need to run some tools on the AD to create the accounts?
