Not yet managed

Hi, i get from one desktop the message "not yet managed" in the Enterprise console. When i look in the eventlog from that desktop i see a message "value SophosBypass from registry key Sophosproxy cannot be read. I look into the registry but everything is filled and looks like it is ok. Does anyone has an idea what the problem could be?

  • LOCAL SERVICE should have special access to Sophosproxy. Does the product seem to be correctly installed on the client (and how did you install)?
