Not yet managed

Hi, i get from one desktop the message "not yet managed" in the Enterprise console. When i look in the eventlog from that desktop i see a message "value SophosBypass from registry key Sophosproxy cannot be read. I look into the registry but everything is filled and looks like it is ok. Does anyone has an idea what the problem could be?

    LOCAL SERVICE should have special access to Sophosproxy. Does the product seem to be correctly installed on the client (and how did you install)?
