Sophos AV Version 7 End of Life

Hi All.

I've got a customer who is running Sophos AV v7 which is close to end of life. I need to provide some information to them regarding this, but I'm having trouble getting a piece of info that I think is important to know.

Once v7 reaches end of life, will the product still get definition updates and it is only technical support that will end. Or, will the product cease to receive definition updates as well?

Hi Tao,

The product is being retired, that means it wil be removed from the databank and will stop receiving any updates. WSC will start complaining about it being out of date after about 3 days.
