Hope someone here can help me with this problem, finding it hard to get a solution (maybe im stupid).
Anyway, had to reinstall everything on my laptop back to the factory settings as I was being constantly blue screened and there seemed no other way to get around it. In doing so, my sophos version has gone back to 5.2.3 which is a version from when I got my laptop in 2006.
It wont update now and I've no idea what I need to do to get it to where it was yesterday (a fully functioning version).
Any help out there?
