On Demand Scan Settings

Is there anyway to to set the on-demand scan setting for Sophos Anti-virus via policies?

We have deployed Sophos anti-virus 7.1.9 to our Apple Mac fleet and we have discovered that the default On-Demand scan setting is to 'Alert Only' can this be changed via policy in the Enterprise Console?
