Enabling "Greyed Out" Options Via the Enterprise Console

Hello All -

I just started a new job and this is my first time using Sophos.  We have an Enterprise Console with many policies already in place.

My boss said that he has a file in quarantine on his laptop.  He said that when he goes to try to remove it, the option to do so is greyed out.  I'm sure that this is something defined in one of the policies, but I can't find the option to save my life.

Will someone please point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

  • No, I don't think so.  i never even knew that group existed.  So there's a local security group (not an AD domain one) that he should be in?

I figured it was policy since I noticed that new installations of the client on a workstation seem to have full rights for the first few minutes and I figured once they were greyed out that the policy had synced.
