Hello, can anyone help me? 
 I removed some computers from AD and now I can't remove them from Sophos Central, is there any way to remove them?

Thank you for reaching out to the community forum. 
 You can remove them by going to My Products = Endpoint = Computers = Unmanaged Computers, then select the hostname you wish to delete and delete them.
