Nokia 1 Plus, Intercept X for Mobile, will not update on Play Store. No longer compatible with device. Nokia 1Plus Android version 10, security update 5 June 2020. Intercept version 9.6.3339. Google states "Display over other apps" not allowed. P

Won't update to version 9.6.3353, as no longer listed under my apps on Play Store. I checked lists and Community Forum. What has caused this issue between Sophos and Android? When I try to Permit Sophos Display over other apps, phone states "Not allowed" Feature not available. This feature has been turned off because it slows down your phone.

I have read both impacts iPhone and Android. My phone is Nokia 1 Plus, Android version 10, security update 5 June 2020.

Please can the App Support Team help.

Because the reply box just natively supports it. Simply Ctrl+V the image into your post.

I have emailed appsupport@sophos.com as my mobile keyboard gboard nor pcboard do not have Ctrl+V button
