Full Disk Access Prompt

Hello,

I have several users running the EAP who are recieving a prompt requesting full disk access. The prompt is consistant even after following the steps to do so. I have seen several other discussions on this topic but no resolution listed. 

What do I need to do to stop the prompt?

    Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry you're having troubles.

    In order to know what's going on on your system would you be able to provide us with an SDU? We'll be able to analyze the logs and find out if there's action you need to take or a potential issue with the software.

    To upload an SDU automatically, please:

    • Go into Central, find the device, and click "more actions > Diagnose" 
    • Once the SDU is uploaded, post the file name here so we can extract it and take a look
