I have three lines of this Malware in my library that Sophos detected but says "automatic cleanup was not successful, manual cleanup required". There are three tabs below, Authorize, Clear from List, and Cleanup. The Cleanup tab is not available to click after I select the three items to remove. How do I remove them?
I am just a regular user, not an IT person.
