Delete sophos end point from mac without password

How can i contact sophos to complain been stuck in a call centre for months. Asked them to remove sophos endpoint from my mac as the password doesn't work, my free trial was over months ago and still sophos won't help they are soooooooo bad and unhelpful, worst customer service ever, told them not to close my case, and escalate to their manager, they just ignored me......

    Hi glenn richardson,

    Please confirm if you are using Sophos Home and what is the Operating System of the client computer? If you have a valid Sophos Paid license, a case can be opened with support. If you are using the free version then no valid support case be opened. However, Sophos Community can help you in removing the product.
