How can i contact sophos to complain been stuck in a call centre for months. Asked them to remove sophos endpoint from my mac as the password doesn't work, my free trial was over months ago and still sophos won't help they are soooooooo bad and unhelpful, worst customer service ever, told them not to close my case, and escalate to their manager, they just ignored me......
