Getting "an internal driver error has occurred while unloading the user profile" when entering LC key on windows 10 laptop

Hi we run a primary windows 7 network running lancrypt 3.90.0.51

I have domain-ed a windows 10 laptop and added it into the computer policy which works as I'm getting the prompt for the lancrypt password/Key

I enter the correct password and it errors with

"an internal driver error has occurred while unloading the user profile"

is there anything i should update on the policy to allow win10 to work?

Hi John Ingrouille,

Please make sure that you are using latest version of LanCrypt with the latest patch (We had a Patch released on 3rd of July for support of addtional platforms like Windows 10 RS3/RS4).

Can you share a screenshot of the error and if Possible a SDU log?
