    The worst things from my point of view:
    - thread navigation (goto first, last page, goto first unread, the usual forum functions ...at the top of a thread not at the bottom)
    - too much space wasted on the top section (top 1/3 of my screen is almost useless stuff)
    - more clear answer/reply/quote function

    I don't understand what the benefit of this self-build community should be over buying a standard support forum software??

    I for one am not interested in seeing all Sophos products in this on general comments forum. You need to spilt anti-virus products to their own forum. Setup UTM forum with at least two sub-sections XG and UTM.
    Very difficult to find related UTM/XG issues amongst all the other products and a forum member should not need to use search to reduce the chaff.

    Mark, this thread is already too unwieldy. I suggest you unstick it and sticky the two I made.

    EDIT 2015-11-12: Yay, Mark! - I just added my two posts at the top for the next month.  Hopefully, we'll have some better navigation tools before they get to four pages.

    I can't get rid of "You have 1 unread notification" in top menu, even when I mark all of them as read.

    I've asked that moderators be able to split (move) posts and also make sticky posts. I don't believe this should be a problem, and I'll let you know when I hear back.

    The editor doesn't have a code formatting button and I agree this is needed for our community.  In the next major release there is a new and much improved editor with the needed formatting.  Example:

    Until that is released (no ETA yet), you can format the font as Courier from the rich text editor, or dip into the HTML and put the tags <code> </code> or <pre> </pre> round the text.
