What do you mean no eta? Why would Sophos do a major OS release and then screw up the community forums at the same time? Who made this decision? Good thing they dont work for me this would have potentially cost them their job!

We received a forum notice to remove a site from a blacklist. It linked back to the forum post which was deleted. Was this directed at our account or sent to all forum members?

I have a iMac with Maverick that suddenly has had a Guest User Account appear without any prompting. we don't seem to be able to delete/disable the account which says it is"Enabled, Managed" and when looking at the activity monitor the guest account user is associated with sophos. Are we being hacked? How do we get rid of the account? Also, when switching over to the Guest User Account page there is a " Parental Controls" window with a message stating "Google Chrome attempted to access these secure websites" followed by bunch of https addresses checked off as "allowed"that popped up in this same window. The wifi was unplugged immediately upon discovery of these changes. What is going on? Thanks in advance....

I have a question about ransomeware which has not detected with the current SAV, where could i ask this type of question?

Using Sophos AV and was wondering what folders/files should i set up for "custom scan" (the ones most likely to have any malware, etc). When i do the entire machine, it takes days.

Sophos, is this forum maybe soooomeday getting a design that is useable? Compared to the astaro forum this is a joke.. Get your ** up please..
