[Sophos Notification] Sophos Web Appliances may be returning sites as uncategorized

Hi everyone,

Sophos Web Appliances may be returning sites as uncategorized, generating alerts indicating the categorization servers cannot be contacted and failing the connectivity test to the categorization servers. This is being investigated as a priority.

Our team has now made some infrastructure changes which we hope to have addressed this. Our team is continuing to monitor this.

Myself and others are still reporting errors, is anyone from Sophos going to acknowledge and explain what happened (rather than a generic infrastructure changes) and address the comments still being made about the issue?

The core issue here is resolved. However, we are seeing some appliances still generating alerts even though the categorization is working and the connectivity tests are passing. For steps to address this, please refer this article.
