How long does it take Support to provide RMAs for faulty APs?

I have submitted a request for an RMA for my two AP55s.

The response is underwhelming a bit like the response in the XG beta forum to bugs.

Who do I complain too about the lack action or responses?

    I have a response the RMA team and response from the forum. Looks like there might be a couple of bugs in the XG so I have closed the RMA request for the moment.
