AP100 stays inactive

Hello

I just set up SG230 and connected a AP100.
DHCP is enabled and it showed up under Pending access points.
I accepted it and asigned it to the default "SophosGuest" Wlan that was automatically created.

As title says, it stays in inactive Access points "forever".
Right next to the access points name, there is a orange triangle with and "!" in it. Saying "inactive" when hovering mouse over it.

(this is all under the "Inactive Access Points" section under Wireless Protection -> Access Points")

I started my 30 day trail yesterday. So everything should be licensed.

Edit:
Forgot to Mention that I have:
Restarted the accesspoint several times.
Restarted the SG230
I deleted tje AP from Innactive  access points, and accepted it again from pending  section.
In Wireless log, the last line says, it says:
2015:02:18-07:30:06 SophosGW awed[4530]: [MASTER] new firmware detected for AP10: 9300-f5650af-8c99e00-3Feb 18 07:30:06 awed[4530]: [MASTER] new firmware detected for AP100: 9300-f5650af-8c99e00-3

  • Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

I can't tell - is your problem solved?  If not, I suggest getting in touch with your reseller and Sophos Support as you're describing a situation that might mean that your AP 100 is not functioning correctly.

    Cheers - Bob
