WiFi access points on remote office

Hi Folks,

is it possible to use Sophos UTM's wireless protection for remote Offices?
Means:
*VPN or something like that is on remote Office
*Sophos UTM in main Office.
*The accesspoint is located on the reomte Office.

As far as I can see the accesspoint will tunnel all traffic over the Management LAN for APs. Is that right?
so is there no possibility to use the Internet line on remote Office instead of Sophos' directly connected Networks?

  • If you configure the AP to "Bridge to LAN," it will communicate directly with other devices in its subnet.  The UTM uses a specialized OpenVPN tunnel to communicate with APs for other traffic.
