I am afraid Airprint support is now a necessity.
However a wlan (not bridged to lan) on a different subnet will not allow airprint to printers on the lan.
(Bridging to the lan will work but precludes use of hotspot.)
Some have said the Lantronic xPrintServer is able to advertise lan printers to the wlan (if multicast is allowed) and allow iPads to print.
Has anyone got this to work?
