wrong wireless status and some more problems

Hello,

we recognize some problems with wireless protection. We have 4xAP10 and 1xAP30 Access Points ...

In the wireless status I see some devices from colleagues connected more than 16 hours to the AP30 ... that´s wrong, because my colleagues don´t work so long. Why does the wireless protection does not updates the correct status?

And another problem: I sit next to the AP30, I would say 2 meters away but my iPhone connects to a AP10 which is approximately 20m away. Why?

Only after power cycling the AP30 shows the correct connected devices and I can connect again to the AP.

What can cause that troubles?

    Hi Tom,
    please advise which version of UTM you are using?

    Do your workmates actually turn their laptops off or just put them in standby, in standby the wifi connection is maintained.

    The connection is like most devices he responds quicker gets the goodies. I suspect your AP30 is at the end of a long network compared to the AP10. I have the same issue with an AP50 and an AP10, the printer connects via the AP10 which is 20m away while the AP50 is 2m away. The printer then wakes up and connects via the AP50.
