Access Points drops out - ....

We have 3 active access points. 2 AP30 and 1 AP50

Our Sophos UTM 9 – Model ASG220 – Firmware version: 9.005-16

We have split in two wireless networks (guest / work) 

Some of our users complain that they get kicked out from the wireless network – loose connection for a minute or so, and then get back online. 

One of the users has a new laptop, but the problem is still the same. 

Not sure where to start looking for this problem – and yes… am a newbie, so if you need any else updates.... let me know. 

The clients are running Windows 7 Pro.

  • You connect the AP directly to the Ethernet port on your laptop.
