AP10 cuts out suddenly

Using AP10 with ASG 9 Home.  Computer is fairly robust, a Pentium dual core with 4 gig ram.  I do A LOT of video chatting, and that is where it has the problem.  When I have 2 or 3 chat windows open, the AP10 suddenly cuts out and does not come back on for 10 minutes to an hour depending on how heavy the usage is.  Also when it happens, wired connections on DHCP cut out too but fixed IP wired connections still work but very slow.  It seems the video chat is overwhelming something.  I am up to date with all patches and fixes.  This never happened with ASG 8, only ASG 9.  How do I fix this?  I wil buy a faster mobo if needed but I hate to buy one if that is not the problem.
