Video streaming issue

Since upgrading my ASG to v9, I can no longer stream video without having, what appears to be, a buffering issue.  Only 3 clients including the laptop.  If the laptop is connected using a network cable, I have no issues.  I'm using one (1) AP30.  I had no issues with v8.305.

I also disabled everything in IPS just for testing with no difference.

Any ideas?
