URGENT:New ap30 not detected

Hi,

I have a ASG and this week y purchased a new ap30 device.

I connected this device with a POE inyector. Now, with wireless security enabled and added lan interface, at wireless networks I have the following:

AstaroGuest (on wlan0) [Auto-created by Wireless Security]

But no access point detected.

what is wrong?

You have the AP connected to the LAN interface (or the network on the LAN interface), the LAN interface is listed in allowed interfaces under wireless global settings, but the AP is not shown as "pending" under Wireless Security > Access Points?

Try connecting the AP to a different switch, or directly to the Astaro and see of that lets them communicate.

Also, check the DHCP scope for the LAN and see if the AP has pulled a DHCP address.

Yes.... allowed lan interface and also dhcp is running and used for lan enviroment.

At dhcp server I only can see mac address not name.

Today, Im going to connect directly ap30 and lan interface.

Wireless security enabled.

AP has 192.168.157.221 dhcp ip, I can ping the device but not detected.

maybe an ijector problem? With the box there was not a power supply only the injector

I assume you've added the correct interfaces (the eth interface the AP is connected to) to the list of allowed interfaces?

Yes, I have added the lan interface as allowed, also the DHCP server assigned to the AP30 device an ip but no more.
