[9.414-2] Avira scan engine not available

Hi there, after long time away I'm back. Back with question... I found in my web filter's live log entries saying, Avira AV isn't available... I configured my SG330 to use Sophos at first. In web filter and it's profiles I enabled both for scanning. I found a older threat were Sophos/Astaro wrote similar problem is fixed. BAlfson wrote in a threat install from scratch anrestore config. sorry no option at the moment. Is that a bigger problem or depending on a bad Avira pattern? Possible Workarounds? -- Kind regards, Steffen

Can you check if the Patterns are up2date or DM me the u2d.log? Alongside, I will recommend you to upgrade to v9.415.

Hi, patterns seem up2date with version 135161. They will be downloaded every 15 minutes. A quick search through u2d-log let me see error entries with code 403 around September. But now I can find them again... Do you want to get all u2d-log files? -- Kind regars, Steffen
