don't see any Information in the Web filtering Live Log

I surf with a Computer, which is in my Internal Network, but I couldn't see anything in the Live Log

Screenshot:

but I think it works, because if I access a Webcam in another VLAN (the VLANs are connected through the Firewall), the CPU Usage is 90-95%.

What did I need to do, to see the Traffic?

How can I exclude the Webcam (Network Camera)?

  • Hi

Could you DM me full lines from your http.log? The screenshot only shows partial information.

To exclude your Webcam/Network Camera from being web filtered:

If you are using Transparent Mode: Web Protection > Filtering Options > Misc > Transparent Mode Skiplist > Skip Transparent Mode Source Hosts/Nets > add subnet of your Webcams

    - this will bypass the UTM from filtering your Web Traffic

If you are using Standard Mode:  depending on how you are distributing proxy settings, you may exclude it through your PAC file or manually via client browser

    Thanks,
    Karlos
