why the internet connection reset for all users at leats for 10 seconds when modify one web filter profile

Hello everyone, this is my first question, i have a issue and when i modify one web filter profile, creating new exceptions or blocking some pages, when i apply the changes the internet connection is reseted for everyone, i have the latest firmware on my UTM 9.411-3, that happens for everyone or it is a bad configuration

    Hi, Gerardo, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    This also could be a problem with overloaded hardware.  Start top at the command line (preferably via SSH so that you can show a picture of the result) and then make a change in the Profile via WebAdmin.

    Thank's for your reply, i will make that.

    Another thing, the utm in the web admin shows the cpu load is max at 50% weekly as you see in the next image
