"the content could not be delivered......"

Hi all,

A few of my users get the following response when they try to browse certain websites during quota time

The content could not be delivered due to the following condition: missing parameters

This seems to be happening on both chrome and IE so not convinced its a browser issue. Has anyone else encountered and recovered this??

Hi,

Along with Bob's request for the log lines can you please show us the configuration in the UTM to define the quotas.
