Webinterface not responding after web-filter switched off

Good morning.

Today I switched my web filtering off for a short time but afterwards the UTM Webinterface was not responding anymore. I had to relogin because I got messages "Backend connection failed"

When I navigated to Web-Protection again, the Interface became irresponsive again....

I switched it on now and everything was OK again.

Does anybody have the same problem?

Hi,

Never heard of that issue, tested it on my test UTM and faced no glitch. What is the firmware version? Any catches in the httpd.log?

You access the web interface from your LAN using the WAN interface in the URL?

Then you need a firewall rule that allows LAN(Network) to WAN(Address)
