Exception for Dropbox.

Did you mean you want to allow Dropbox for a particular subnet? Or define an exception specifically to the starting string of an URL?

I would like to allow only a specific Dropbox project (space). But not completely Dropbox.

Users of our companies share data with an outside company via a Dropbox access. More use of Dropbox I would not allow.

I think the URL should be unique after https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/i72... and so on, and so on

Hi, Reinhardt, and welcome to the UTM Community!

To solve this kind of problem, start the Web Filtering Live Log, put dropbox in the 'Filter' field, hit enter and then look to see which URLs are used when uploading, downloading, adding and deleting items from your Dropbox space.

Try to block the Dropbox space by adding the associated URL in the block/accept list within the Web Filter action. But, there should be some sort of sharing feature provided by dropbox for such permissions.

Due to the complexity and number of generating exceptions, the cost seems too high to me.

I'll give up ;-)

Now my superiors must decide whether we fully share in this case, Dropbox, or not.

In this case, the creation of an exception was simply too complex for me.
